The Colossi is a science-fantasy series about inherited duty, forbidden Talents, political fracture, ancient machines, forgotten pre-Refuge history, and the slow realization that the colossal buildings the Custodian Nation and the Monitor Nation found when they fled to Refuge are far more mysterious than any of them have even imagined.

It begins with The Wall, where Rath’s reckless attempt at a forbidden coming-of-age challenge sets off a chain of events that will pull him into magic, law, family duty, and the awakening of powers his people thought were long dead.
